Oculus Go cord-free VR Headset
Facebook has just unveiled a new product called “Oculus Go” during his Oculus Connet 4 conference on Wednesday this week. The headset will be sold at the rate of $199 from early next year, in other to take virtual reality more to the mainstream
Facebook vice president of VR Hugo Barra told the audience during the conference that “It’s hands-down the easiest way to get into VR,”

Facebook’s virtual reality arm Oculus latest product “Oculus Go” is a wireless and standalone headset that, very different from previous headsets produced by Oculus, it doesn’t require to be hooked up to a PC to function. The Go also includes new optical lenses which enable the same field of view offered by previous Oculus headsets, but with reduced glare.
According to Yahoo news, Facebook’s virtual reality arm Oculus said the Go is an incredibly important new piece of hardware as it competes in an increasingly crowded market.
Mark Zuckerberg’s new goal of getting 1 billion people in virtual reality is coming to reality through the introduction of Oculu go.
